Founded in 1992 by M.E. "Hannibal" Hays, Economy Carpentry, Painting & Concrete is a general contracting firm licensed and insured in the Manhattan and Junction City Kansas area. We offer a variety of services from painting to home building to home maintenance. Among our more than nine employees, we have more than 100 years of experience combined in the building field.
